We now offer extended hours access via telephone consultations.  If you require an out of hours telephone consultation please contact reception on 0161 214 8710 to book.

Military Veterans - Please let us know who you are.  We can then send you useful information on how to access health services and support groups.

Repeat Prescriptionspill_bottle

Those patients who take tablets or medicine regularly will be given a repeat prescription order sheet. This means that their repeat medication is entered on the computer and makes our prescribing safer and more efficient.

When you wish to renew a prescription, please tick the items required on the order sheet and then put it in the box by the front entrance, or post it to the practice. If you would like us to post it back to you, please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope.

You can email your request to us at

You can also fax it to us on 0161 214 8715.

Alternatively, you can order online by following the link at the top of this page and completing a simple one-off registration.

For safety reasons, we cannot accept requests for prescriptions over the telephone.

Collection and Delivery Service

If you are housebound, you may wish to talk to your local chemist as many of them will now pick up your prescription from our surgery and deliver the medication to your home.

Don't Run Out

It is necessary to give us at least 2 working days notice and it helps to give us a few days' notice. Don’t let yourself run out of medicine! If you need your medication early because you are going on holiday, please inform us. Simply write a short note on your request i.e. 'need early for holidays'.
