We now offer extended hours access via telephone consultations.  If you require an out of hours telephone consultation please contact reception on 0161 214 8710 to book.

Due to the volume of work and staffing issues we are unable to turn prescriptions around in 2 days.  Please allow 3 WORKING DAYS before collection your prescriptions.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are currently running a patient survey.  If you would like a questionnaire please ask at reception.

Military Veterans - Please let us know who you are.  We can then send you useful information on how to access health services and support groups.

 

 

How to Make a Complaint

Most problems can be sorted out quickly and easily with the person concerned and this may be the approach you try first.  Where you are not able to resolve your complaint in this way and wish to make a formal complaint, you should do so preferably as soon as possible after the event.
