 Flu Campaign 2017/18

If you have not already had your flu vaccination and are in an 'at risk' group, we are holding the final catch-up clinic on the following date:

Tuesday 16th January 1:30 - 4:30

If you would like to attend this clinic please ring reception on 0161 214 8710 and make an appointment.  All our 'at risk' groups will receive a reminder.  If you are eligible for Shingles or Pneumococcal these will be offered when you attend.

'3 Before GP'

Help combat winter pressure in general practice

Please ask yourself the following 3 questions before booking an appointment with your GP:

Can I?

  • Self Care
  • Use NHS Choices or similar reputable website/resource
  • Seek advice/treatment via a Pharmacist

Not being able to get an appointment is frustrating for both patients and GP's, but there are a variety of alternatives to consider first and we would encourage patients with more minor illnesses to think hard about whether they need to see a GP.
